Wearing Your Clear Aligners

Once your clear aligners are prepared, you’ll be advised to wear them for a minimum of 22 hours daily to optimize your progress. These aligners should only be removed for eating, drinking, and maintaining your oral hygiene routine.

Transitioning Your Aligner Trays

Typically, you’ll transition to a new set of aligner trays every two weeks according to a predetermined schedule set by Dr. Cedeño. This gradual adjustment allows your teeth to progressively move into a more aligned position, ultimately culminating in completing your treatment plan.

Variable Duration and Treatment
